CCHS Students and Parents,
Churchill High School has been working diligently on developing a 21/22 schedule that meets the needs of all students entering into 9th grade through seniors that will be graduating. As you may know, scheduling usually begins in Jan/February with a finish date of May/June. However, there are situations that may prevent a school from fully completing this process in May/June.
CCHS is experiencing some challenges that have prevented us from completing the schedule prior to the last day of school. We understand this may cause some concern as students and families, along with staff, like to know their plan, especially after completing a tough 20/21 school year.
Please know, the staff and administration are extremely dedicated to this process and want to ensure that a fully executed “Student Focused” schedule will be developed, and schedules will arrive in July. Schedule changes, if needed, will be made during the early part of August. Our students’ education and experience are of the utmost importance to us at CCHS which is why we have made this tough decision to extend the scheduling process through the end of the summer.
What To Expect:
- June 3rd - 9th - expect contact from someone from the high school to review transcripts, discuss goals, and choose classes that are of interest to your child if your child missed the window to enroll or if we have questions.
- July 15th - July 30th - expect contact from someone from the high school to review transcripts, discuss goals, and choose classes that are of interest to your child if your child missed the window to enroll or if we have questions.
- August 2 student schedules to be released via the parent and student portal on Infinite Campus.
Student schedule changes begin August 9th
We are excited to have an amazing new principal, Mr. Tim Spencer, coming on board in July--he has been doing his best to work as much as he can while still being a principal in Ohio. He is fully dedicated to seeing this process through to ensure you all have a fantastic back to school in August! We just wanted to keep everyone up to date!
